In the case you need to return an item to us in the event the product is faulty, not as described or damaged we will ask you to return the item via Royal Mail or similar for smaller items, if you need to return a larger item such as Frame, Fork or Bike we will generally arrange courier collection on your behalf. We will reimburse the postage fee charged once we receive the item
If you need to return a item for any reason not shown above, i.e you simply don't want it, you ordered the wrong product or other reason we are willing to accept the

un-fitted product back within 15 days of receipt
Please note we will not accept back any item that has been removed from sealed packaging or has been fitted or has had attempted fitment, we will be able to tell and the item will be returned to you
We recommend you use a recorded delivery method when returning any item to us at Engage, in the rare event the item you are returning goes missing in the post or is damaged please be aware you are fully responsible for the returned product until we take receipt
